Made using carefully selected pieces of lean topside beef joints of the highest quality. Together with the freshest ingredients and the worlds spiciest chillies, our Chilli Biltong is carefully marinated until perfect, before being freshly sliced and bagged ready for you to destroy

Made in small batches by our specialist traditional South African butchers who are masters at their craft, you're guaranteed a finished product which is out of this world - packed with explosive flavour and high protein goodness!
It takes a huge 280g of our freshly marinated topside beef to make 100g of our Chilli Biltong which also boasts a HUGE 58g of protein per 100g serving!

- freshly packed in heat sealed, resealable packaging, but due to its freshness, only has a short shelf life. Recommended to be consumed within 1-2 weeks of purchase.

If stored at room temperature these products will last approximately 2 weeks so long as the bag is kept open to allow the products to breathe. If the products are kept in a closed bag the moisture will cause the products to spoil far more quickly.
If these products are stored in the refrigerator they must be stored with the bag open to allow the product to breathe. Please note that the excess moisture in the refrigerator will shorten the shelf life to under 2 weeks with bag open. Storing these products with the bag closed will cause the products to spoil far more quickly.
These products can also be stored in the freezer for approximately 3 months. If freezing, ensure fully defrosted before eating
