Due to the number of emails/message we receive daily asking the same question, we will not always be able to reply directly to emails/messages requesting a more specific update and you will be directed to this page.
We politely ask you all to be patient during the pre order process and remind you all to read the description in full which details all terms and approximate expected timescales. We are currently working very hard to ensure the pouches are made to the highest standards and in the fastest time possible

what postage carrier do you use?
due to frequent issues with alternative carriers, we only use Royal Mail. As standard, we send all items tracked 48 and can supply a tracking number if required
how long does it take to receive my order?
unless otherwise stated, most products we offer are in stock and ready for immediate shipping. Some items may be sold on a pre order basis - if this is the case, full details about the pre order is clearly listed in the product description. We invite you to fully read and understand the info given prior to purchase. KMP UK TACTICAL is ran by a small team of dedicated professionals who believe it or not, also work a demanding full time job. With this in mind, and unless otherwise stated, we aim to ship all orders within 5 days of purchase
I am purchasing on behalf of a force/unit as part of uniform procurement. How can I place an order?
we welcome orders from forces/departments. We encourage you to contact us via email to discuss your needs and requirements and to place your order directly. We offer a rapid turnaround on procurement orders and offer FREE UK SHIPPING to all procurement clients
I have received my order but it is damaged/defected. How can I rectify this?
we have a strict quality control process here at KMP, but sometimes these things happen and small defects can occur. If your item appears defected, please contact us in the first instance and we will do our very best to fix this for you. We will be happy to repair or replace any defected item. If your issue cannot be resolved, we will of course be happy to refund any purchase if you desire subject to certain terms. Sadly, we cannot accept refunds/returns on custom/bespoke or custom/personalised engraved items, so please bare this in mind when placing an order for personalised products
I have an idea for a new piece of kit. Can you make my need a reality?
Absolutely! We are always designing new kit, but sometimes the best ideas come from those on the ground. If you have an idea for a new piece of kit or if you want a bespoke piece manufactured, please contact our R&D team and together we can help bring your idea to life
ive seen your kit via another website at a heavily discounted price. Is this legit?
sadly, we are aware of a number of scam websites attempting to pass as legit retailers of high end brands such as KMP UK TACTICAL, 5.11, HIGHLANDER, C2R, LUMINAE and many more. These sites look official and can be quite inviting. Please be aware, KMP UK TACTICAL and our related brands - MAGBAND UK, FULL AUTHORITY COFFEE Co. & WARHEAD Food Co. only work with the best and as such, our only official approved retailers are PATROL STORE, KIT SGT & G4 RESCUE.
Any offer of our products by anyone else is likely to be a scam and we ask you to be cautious. If you are unsure or become aware of suspicious websites or retailers, please report this to us immediately by contacting our official pages or email us and we will be happy to help
I have not received my item or the item appears damaged. Should I raise a dispute with my payment provider?
if you have received an item which is damaged or defective, please contact us in the first instance. Albeit this is an extremely rare situation, but We aim to resolve all issues like this directly and positively, either by replacement or refund (T's & C's may apply).
If you haven't received your item, please ensure you have read and understood what you are buying - we have received many comms from customers recently who simply don't read what's in front of them and don't realise they have purchased a pre order item which is not ready to be shipped immediately...
We would politely ask that customers DO NOT raise disputes with their payment provider, as this causes us a fair amount of extra work and we are charged a significant fee as a result, leaving us in lost cases at a significant loss. As a small business this affects us greatly.
